Sarvesh admitted to the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh vide Enrollment No. 7092 of 2001, after having successfully completed 5 years LL.B (Honors) degree in Law and after submitting the research/thesis paper in the definition of Consumer as is provided under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and thereafter completed LL.M. with first division, completed Master of Arts (Political Science), Master of Labour Law and Master of Personnel Management.
