Achievements
- Hold the credit for appearing before the three-tier consumer councils established under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and have efficiently conducted the cases at District level before the District Consumer Forum, State Level before the Hon’ble State Commission U.P. Lucknow and at National level before the Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi.
- Submitted the research/thesis paper on the definition of the Consumer provided under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
- Practiced as an Advocate before the original as well as Appellate and Revisional Jurisdiction before the Consumer Councils established under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
- Conducted Cases involving issues pertaining to Housing, Insurance, Banking, Finance, Electricity matters, Medical Negligence, Company Cases etc. before the Consumer Courts established under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
- Submitted a Project Report on “Industrial Relations in Sahara India Pariwar” in the Maters in Labour Law and Personal Management Course.
